Paper Submission Guidelines
- Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt (8 pt for EndNote and index).
- Single-spaced text throughout the document.
- Maximum length: 5000 words (including abstract and references).
- Remove all double spaces using Find & Replace.
- References must follow IEEE or Harvard style.
- Images: JPEG format, 150 dpi, embedded in the Word file.
- Consider page size: 115mm × 180mm.
- Maximum length: 10 pages (A4 size).
- Page limit after compliance: Minimum 08 pages, Maximum 09 pages.
- Abstract: 150–200 words.
- Keywords: 4–5.
- Plagiarism must be less than 10% (excluding references); Turnitin report required.
- AI-generated writing is strictly prohibited.
- No grammatical or language errors are allowed.
- Figures/tables must be original and high-resolution.
- Follow the conference proceeding template strictly.
- All figures and tables must be cited in the manuscript.
- All references must appear within the text.
- Tables must not be images.
- Equations must be created using Math Editor.
- Ensure high-definition figure quality.
Plagiarism Policy
- Total similarity must not exceed 18% (including self-content).
- Proper citation and paraphrasing are mandatory.
- No plagiarism or self-plagiarism is allowed in any form.
- Content taken from other sources must be properly paraphrased and cited.
- Do not copy text, figures, tables, or data without proper attribution.
- Permission must be obtained for any copyrighted material used.
- All reused concepts, models, figures, tables, or conclusions must be properly referenced.
- Papers may be rejected immediately if ethical violations are detected.

Submission Requirements
- Reject the submitted article or remove it from final publication.
- Report the violation to the author’s supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
- Notify relevant academic ethics bodies and research funding agencies.
- Publicly disclose the author(s) name(s), article title, affiliated institution(s), and details of the misconduct.

- Student registration applies only to the first author who is currently a student.

Peer Review Policy (Double-Blind)
The NUSTPAS conference follows a double-blind review process for all submitted papers. Each paper is initially screened using Turnitin Plagiarism Software. Papers that pass the similarity check are assigned by the Scientific Committee to 3–5 independent reviewers for evaluation using structured forms aligned with publishing standards.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines
Submission System
- Minimum length: 8 pages
- Maximum length: 14 pages (including tables, figures, and references)
- Reviewers evaluate submissions based on standardized evaluation criteria.
- Decisions are made based on reviewers’ reports and recommendations.
- Final decision is taken by the editor.

Proofreading, Editing & Cancellation Policy
To ensure that accepted and recommended manuscripts are clear, accurate, and professionally presented, papers referred for proofreading and editing services are subject to a separate service fee based on the total number of words. These services are intended to improve language quality and ensure that the manuscript fully complies with the required formatting and referencing standards.
- 1 Proofreading: correction of grammar, punctuation, spelling, typographical mistakes, and language inconsistencies.
- 2 Editing: improvement of clarity, sentence structure, flow, readability, and academic writing style.
- 3 Critical Feedback: comments and suggestions to strengthen the paper and improve overall presentation.
- 4 Formatting: adjustment of fonts, spacing, margins, headings, pagination, tables, and layout according to the required template.
- 5 Referencing: checking and revising the references to align with the prescribed citation style.
- ! Only papers recommended by the conference editors will be referred to PaperTrue for proofreading or editing support.
- ! Service charges are calculated according to the total word count of the submitted manuscript.
- ! Proofreading and editing fees are separate from the conference registration fee and must be paid independently.
There is no refund policy. Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once a paper has been submitted and accepted for the conference.

Submission Requirements
- Plagiarism should be less than 10% (excluding references). Keep the plagiarism report with the manuscript (TURNITIN).
- Use of AI-generated writing or ChatGPT is strictly prohibited.
- No grammatical errors. High language clarity is expected; disputes may lead to direct rejection by Springer.
- Do not copy figures/tables from other papers or the internet. Figures must be high resolution.
- Page limit: Minimum 08 pages and Maximum 09 pages (after compliance with Springer format).
- Each paper must contain an Abstract (150–200 words) and Keywords (4–5).
- Writing format: Springer format (strictly).
- All table numbers and figure numbers must be mentioned in the manuscript.
- All reference numbers/citations must be appropriately cited inside the manuscript.
- Ensure all references are cited in the body of the paper.
- Figures and tables must be numbered properly and cited in the paper body.
- Tables must NOT be images.
- All mathematical equations must be prepared using Math Editor; no equation-images.
- Maintain good quality (HD) figures.

Iraq eVisa Information for NUSTPAS Participants
International participants who require a visa to enter Iraq are advised to complete the eVisa application well before their travel date.
Participants attending the NUSTPAS Conference from outside Iraq should review the official visa requirements in advance and complete their application through the official Iraq eVisa portal. Early application is strongly recommended to avoid any travel delays.
The Iraq eVisa platform provides an online process for eligible travelers to submit visa requests and upload the required documents. Applicants should ensure that all information entered is accurate and that supporting documents are prepared before submission.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy
All registration fees paid for the NUSTPAS Conference are strictly non-refundable.
Once the registration has been completed and payment has been successfully processed, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all cases, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation by the participant
- Failure to attend the conference
- Visa rejection or visa delay
- Travel issues or personal emergencies
- Scheduling conflicts
- Submission withdrawal after payment
Participants are strongly advised to review all conference details, submission conditions, travel arrangements, and personal availability before making payment.
